Return Policy

Returns of merchandise are accepted in original, sellable condition within 12 days of purchase for a full refund. All shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original packing so please keep the box and other packing materials until you have decided on your purchase.
If original purchase included a bonus gift, bonus item must be returned in order to receive full credit for the original purchase price.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return.
Please insure your shipment as lost shipments are the sender’s responsibility. Send all returns to:

Hold onto your shipping receipt and Aries Fashion / Khasamkhas packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the merchandise.
Credit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.
